Magna Carta of Women IRR Draft in Progress E-mail

 The draft Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A 9710 or the Magna Carta of Women (MCW) was carefully reviewed by the members of the Technical Drafting Committee together with staff from the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW) last November 20, 2009 at the Imperial Palace Hotel, Quezon City.
