As capacities for economic governance and women empowerment are built and become higher through partnership with and commitment to the GREAT Women Project, local government units will significantly improve local governance that will redound to securing these results and gains:

• Reduced poverty and unemployment
  -Creation of more, better, and decent jobs for women and men
• Improved local revenues
  - Greater in-flow of capital inputs, investments and revenues for local enterprises, especially women’s enterprises
• Gender-responsive policies, programs and services
• Sharing of expertise, good practices, lessons learned, tools, and linkages among project partners and stakeholders
• Improved citizen confidence and support to the LGU
• Stronger partnerships between the LGU, private sector, NGOs and CSOs
