Job Summary:

Policy Development and Advocacy Division

Participates in policy development, analysis, and advocacy; prepares position papers, guidelines and policies on GAD and legislative agenda on women; and provides technical assistance to assigned priority agencies and institutions at the national and sub-national levels with mandate to protect and promote women's rights.


Qualifications Requirements:

  • Technical expertise on GAD, analytical skills, client service, results orientation, planning and organizing, project management, knowledge management, leadership, technical writing.


  • Bachelor's degree, or with M.A. units preferably in Political Science, Public Administration, Women in Development, Sociology, and allied courses.


  • Civil Service Eligibility for a second level position


  • At least two years experience in any of the following development work: advocacy, policy analysis and development, organization and coordination


Total Compensation Package: PhP 21,168.00

One (1) Planning Officer II

One (1) Planning Assistant
Policy Development and Advocacy Division

Job Summary:

Assists in policy development, analysis and advocacy; gathers data and inputs to GAD database and maintains agency GAD profiles of assigned agencies; assists in the design, implementation and improvement of technical assistance to agencies with mandate to protect and promote women's rights; and coordinates with assigned partner organizations and institutions on GAD-related undertakings and participates in the strengthening of GAD mechanisms.


Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise on GAD, analytical skills, client service, results orientation, knowledge management, coordination and networking, planning and organizing, technical writing and presentation skills


  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Political Science, Community Development, Women in Development, Sociology, Development Studies, Demography, Economics and Public Administration


  • Civil Service Eligibility for a second level position.


  • At least one year experience in any of the following development work: advocacy, program analysis, organizing and coordination, organization development, capability building


Total Compensation Package: PhP 12,538.00

One (1) Administrative Aide VI
Administrative and Finance Division

Job Summary:

Performs a variety of clerical/ administrative tasks to support the effective management of the NCRFW's human resource from planning, recruitment and selection, appraisal, rewards and employee relations. Assists personnel from time of employment to separation, retirement or termination.


Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in records management and client service


  • At least two years in college, preferably in Social/Behavioral Science or any related course


  • Civil Service Eligibility for a first level position (Sub-professional)


Total Compensation Package: PhP 11,204.00

One (1) Administrative Aide VI
Administrative and Finance Division

Job Summary:

Performs a variety of clerical/ administrative tasks to support the Deputy Executive Director.


Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in records management and client service


  • At least two years in college, preferably in Social/Behavioral Science or any related course


  • Civil Service Eligibility for a first level position (Sub-professional)


Total Compensation Package: PhP 9,891.00
